Fabulous Florida Getaway Raffle Rules

The Rotary Club of Simi Valley is offering raffle tickets for a 7 night stay for 4 guests in Bradenton, Florida on Anna Maria Sound. One ticket for $30, 2 tickets for $50, 5 tickets for $100. The drawing will be held December 1, 2026 at our regularly scheduled club meeting.

Winner will be notified the same day and an announcement will be made on our club website, SimiValleyRotary.org, Facebook and Instagram pages.

Purchaser must be a minimum of 18 y.o.

Primary responsible occupant must be a minimum of 25 y.o.

Winner does not need to be present to win at time of drawing.

Trip must be taken during the calendar year 2027. Prompt reservation of chosen dates after notification of winning is highly recommended to secure your desired slot.

Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.

All tickets entered have any equal chance of winning.

All entries become the property of The Rotary Club of Simi Valley.

Only sold raffle tickets will be entered into the drawing.

Winner will be notified by contact information on ticket stub. If winner fails to claim prize after notification or can’t be located by December 21, 2026 a second drawing will be done on December 22, 2026 by our Rotary club members.

By entering the raffle the winner consents without limitation and without compensation to use of their name, voice, image, likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes except where prohibited by law.

All applicable taxes, cleaning fees, Loss Damage Waiver fees, airfare/travel expenses to/from Bradenton, FL are the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, each participant releases, discharges, indemnifies the Rotary Club of Simi Valley, its Board of Directors, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and promotional partners (collectively “releases”) from any liability, loss, harm, injury, and expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from use of or participation in the event.

Property owner reserves the right to offer a one time rescheduling of winner’s reservation dates only for active inclement weather in the Bradenton area due to hurricanes, mandatory evacuations and/or property damage that are in effect immediately prior to original reservation dates.

By entering the Rotary Club of Simi Valley’s Fabulous Florida Getaway raffle the purchaser acknowledges they are aware of, and agrees to abide by the Rotary Club of Simi Valley Fabulous Florida Getaway raffle rules.
